For the KITO Group, the PARK is a new starting point that would leading our brand to a new field. Five years later, there will be a new headquarters building and a R&D center of foam ceramics and big slab. We also plan to bring in more than 1000 highly skilled personnel, leading the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry to the direction of green home furnishing.

In 2019, KITO officially launched the strategic layout of "one core and two wings", with tiles as the core and rock slabs and new materials as the two wings to lay a blueprint for future development! In order to better meet the business strategy and boost the IPO process, KITO Group plans to cooperate with Zhongyida Real Estate Company, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, involving a land development area of more than 34,500 square meters, the green home industrial park of KITO Headquarters, with a construction area of more than 110,000 square meters in three phases, will promote slabs and new materials on the basis of the coordinated development of the intelligent customization, green building materials and assembly construction industries.
When we complete this project, not only can we see the KITO in this great park, but also we can see the world’s leading smart home industry chain enterprises in there. It will also introduce upstream and downstream enterprises to enter, and use the home headquarters to speed up the rise of industrial clusters and drive the joint development of industry enterprises.
